In Roatan, Keena specializes in Real Estate transactions and Corporate Law, and works closely with local real estate brokers and agents to provide specialized services in the Roatan market
As opposed to other countries, in Honduras, Notaries must first become attorneys and then are required to qualify for a Notary examination administered by the Supreme Court Magistrates of Honduras. Notary is the highest and most powerful designation an attorney can achieve in Honduras. Keena Haylock holds this title.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Keena is a local philanthropist (former Rotary Club member), avid SCUBA diver and conservationist. She is also a contributing author to Paya Magazine, a local islander lifestyle magazine.
